Something is off
and you already know it.
You’re not failing. You’re winning in one direction while the rest of your life quietly falls behind. This is the page that fixes that.
I need to tell you something and I’m going to be direct about it because I think you already know.
You’re tired.
Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. The kind of tired that comes from running hard in one direction for so long that you forgot to check what was happening in every other direction.
Your career is moving. Maybe your business is growing. Maybe you just got the promotion. Maybe from the outside, it looks like you’ve got it figured out.
But here’s what nobody sees.
Your body doesn’t feel like it used to. You were the guy who could outwork everyone and still have gas in the tank. Now you’re dragging yourself out of bed, skipping workouts, eating like garbage, and telling yourself you’ll get back on it next Monday. You’ve been saying that for months.
Your wife knows something is off. She might not say it. But she feels it. The version of you she fell in love with had an energy about him. A direction. A grip on life that made her feel safe. That man has been replaced by a guy who comes home drained, stares at his phone, and falls asleep on the couch.
Your finances are either a mess or they’re fine on paper but you have no real plan. No system. No architecture for building the kind of wealth that actually buys freedom.
And the worst part?
You know exactly which of those hit home.
You read that list and one of them made your chest tighten. Maybe two. Maybe all of them.
And the reason I know is because I was every single one of those men. At the same time.
I’ve been building things since I was 11 years old. Grew up in Detroit, started in technology, and went into the military where I spent years in environments where the margin between success and failure was measured in seconds.
In those environments, every minute of the day was structured. Every domain of life was attended to. Not because we were disciplined robots. Because the structure itself created the performance. I didn’t realize that at the time. I just thought I was good at my job.
Then I left.
And here’s where most guys would tell you it all worked out. That they took their discipline and applied it to civilian life and everything was great.
That’s not what happened.
What happened was slow. Gradual. Almost invisible. Without the structure around me, I started drifting. Not in a dramatic, rock-bottom kind of way. In a quiet, inch-by-inch kind of way that successful men are especially blind to because they’re still producing.
I was working three jobs. Building a business full time. Driving for Uber on the side. Delivering packages on weekends. Making money. Grinding. Looking productive from the outside.
But my body was falling apart. I dropped to 155 pounds at six feet tall. No muscle. No energy. Running on coffee and adrenaline.
My relationships were suffering because I had nothing left to give by the time I got home.
My finances were a hamster wheel. Money in, money out, nothing compounding.
And the thing that made it so dangerous was that I could point to the work ethic and tell myself I was fine.
I wasn’t fine. I was drifting.
One Sunday, I sat down with a blank sheet of paper and did something I’d never done as a civilian.
I mapped my entire life.
Not goals. Not a to-do list. Not a vision board. I mapped where I actually was across every area that mattered. Physical health. Mental state. Spiritual grounding. Business. Finances. Relationships. And something I call Fighting. The thing I was building that was bigger than me. The reason behind the discipline.
Seven domains. Rated honestly. 1 to 10.
When I looked at those numbers, I wanted to throw up.
I was a 9 in hustle and a 3 in everything else.
That was the moment.
Not the moment I decided to work harder. I was already working harder than anyone I knew. The moment I realized that hard work without architecture is just expensive drifting.
The problem was never discipline. The problem was that I’d never designed the life I wanted to live. I was just reacting to whatever screamed loudest each day.
So I did what I know how to do. I built a system.
I wrote a personal code. Three lines. Who I am. What I’m building. What I will not compromise on. I put it where I’d see it every morning before my feet hit the floor.
I blocked my ideal week across all seven domains. Not a fantasy week. A real week that respected my actual obligations and my actual life.
I dumped every single thing rattling around in my head onto paper. Every task, worry, and broken promise. Then I categorized them by domain and assigned a next action to each one.
I picked four keystone habits that would pull multiple domains forward at once.
And I started executing. Not from motivation. From architecture.
Within weeks, everything shifted. I put on 20 pounds of lean muscle. My business took off. My relationships improved because I wasn’t showing up empty anymore. I had margins. I had energy. I had presence.
The system worked. Not because I’m special. Because when a man can see his entire life on one page, he stops guessing and starts leading.
When I realized I needed strong men around me, I didn’t go looking for a group. I built one.
In 2018, I founded a community called Lions Den. Inside it, I created an 8-week immersive program called the Iron Sharpens Iron Academy. Mindset. Fitness. Nutrition. Relationships. Business. Finances. Purpose. All seven domains attacked systematically with coaching, accountability, and a brotherhood of men who refused to be average.
But here’s the thing that surprised me.
The single most transformative moment in the entire eight weeks wasn’t the workouts. Wasn’t the nutrition plan. Wasn’t the coaching calls or the book list or the supplement stack.
It was Week One. When every man sat down and built his Lifestyle By Design for the first time.
That was the before and after. Every time. Without exception.
Because for most of these men, it was the first time in their adult lives they’d looked at the full picture of where they were. Without ego. Without the story they’d been telling themselves.
And when they saw the gaps, they didn’t need motivation. The gaps were the motivation.
I trained over 50 men through the Academy. Lawyers. Business owners. Mechanics. Roofers. Construction guys. Veterans. Single fathers. Married men trying to save their marriages. Men who looked like they had it together and men who knew they didn’t.
The system worked for all of them. Because it doesn’t care what you do for a living. It cares about whether you’ve designed the life around what you do.

One member was a top attorney in Michigan. Successful by every external measure. But his health was declining, his confidence was fading, and his practice had stagnated. After going through the system, he transformed his body and expanded his firm by 100% within six months. His wife personally reached out to thank me for the change she saw in him.
Another member grew his roofing company by 78% while losing 40 pounds. Not because I taught him roofing. Because I gave him a system that made room for his body AND his business on the same page.
Keep in mind. These were already successful men before they ever walked through the door.
Today, I’m married to the love of my life. Three kids in under three years. My businesses run on systems, not on me grinding 14 hours a day. My body is stronger at 40 than it was at 30. My marriage works because I stopped trying to be a good husband and started being a man who leads his household with the same intentionality I bring to everything else.
Full ownership of everything. That’s the standard I hold myself to. That’s the standard the system was built on.
I say this not to impress you. I say it because five years ago I was the guy running on fumes telling himself he was fine. If this system could pull me out of that, it can work for you. It already has for over 50 men.
I used to charge thousands to walk men through this. The Academy was $3,600. My premium 1-on-1 ran up to $8,900. Every man who completed it said it was worth more than he paid.
But here’s what I realized after years of coaching.
The most powerful moment in the entire program. The thing that created the biggest shift in the shortest time. Was always the same.
The first time a man sat down, mapped his life across all seven domains, and saw the truth on paper.
That was the unlock. Everything else was refinement.
So I extracted that moment. I took the Lifestyle By Design system and built it into a guided experience any man can complete in 12 minutes. No coaching call. No application. No credit card. No waitlist.
You answer honestly. The system builds your blueprint.
Architecture.
You walk through a guided intake that covers seven domains of your life.
For each domain, you rate where you are right now and where you want to be in 90 days. Honestly. The system doesn’t work if you lie to it.
You write your personal code. Three lines. Your identity, your mission, your boundary. This becomes the anchor you read every morning before your feet hit the floor.
You dump everything rattling around in your head onto the screen. Tasks, worries, broken promises, ideas you’ve been sitting on. The system categorizes them and assigns next actions.
You choose your non-negotiable time blocks and keystone habits. The things that pull every domain forward at once.
Then the system builds your personalized blueprint. Six pages. Your code at the top. Your ideal week color-coded across all seven domains. Your mind dump sorted. Your daily planning template built around your actual life. Your evening review that closes the loop.
It looks like a $2,000 coaching deliverable because it was one. For years.
Now it’s free. Because the mission was never about the money.
The mission is to make Lions. To be a Leader of Leaders. That starts with giving every man who’s ready the same tool that changed my life and the lives of every man who’s walked through my door.
If you scrolled straight to the bottom, I respect that. Here’s the short version.
I spent years coaching men through a system that transformed their health, their businesses, their marriages, and their daily lives. The foundation of that system is a 12-minute tool that maps your life across seven domains, writes your personal code, dumps and sorts everything in your head, and generates a six-page blueprint built around your actual life.
It’s called Lifestyle By Design. It’s free. And it works.
The only thing it requires is honesty. If you can give it 12 honest minutes, it will give you back something most men have never had: a clear picture of where you actually are and a real plan for where you want to be.
No matter what you have going on right now, the first thing you need to do is the same thing every man in my Academy did first.
Get the lay of the land. Make a plan. Execute.
This is step one.
Lifestyle By Design™
P.S. The men who got the most out of this were not the ones at rock bottom. They were the ones already winning in one area who knew the other six were slipping. If that sounds like you, this was built for you. 12 minutes. That’s it.
